Chehalis Tribal Code 3.1.2.120, Registration of Sex Offenders and Kidnapping Offenders requires the Chehalis Tribal law Enforcement to develop, operate and maintain a registry of persons who have been convicted of certain offenses.
“Sex offender” means any adult or juvenile residing on the Chehalis reservation, whether or not the person has a fixed residence, or who is a student, is employed, or carries on a vocation on the Chehalis reservation, who has been found to have committed or has been convicted of any sex offense or kidnapping offense in any jurisdiction including the Chehalis Tribal Court, or who has been found not guilty by reason of insanity of committing any sex offense or kidnapping offense, shall register with the Chehalis Tribal Law Enforcement Office.
Pursuant to Chehalis Tribal Code those offenses are listed in subsection 3.1.2.120(h)(1)&(2)
